The specific price, duration, number of lessons, validity period, and other conditions applicable to each service will be displayed before purchase.
Lessons are delivered online, normally through Google Meet or another platform communicated to the student.
Spanish Access does not guarantee a particular level of fluency, exam result, certification, or learning outcome. Progress depends on factors including attendance, participation, practice, lesson frequency, and individual learning pace.
3. Eligibility and Student Information
The services are primarily intended for adults.
Students must provide accurate and current information when booking, purchasing a package, creating access to the Student Area, or contacting Spanish Access.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their email address, time zone, and other booking information are correct.
If a student is not legally able to enter into a contract independently, the booking and payment must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Student Area
Students may receive access to the Spanish Access Student Area, where they can manage bookings, view appointments, schedule lessons included in active packages, and access other booking-related features.
Students are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and must not allow another person to use their account without authorization.
Spanish Access may restrict access when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, abusive conduct, or serious violation of these Terms.
5. Booking and Availability
Lessons must be booked through the website, Student Area, or another method expressly approved by Yurayma Flores Saavedra.
A booking is considered confirmed when the booking process and any required payment have been completed and confirmation has been issued.
All appointments remain subject to calendar availability.
Purchasing a class package does not guarantee that a particular day, time, or recurring schedule will always remain available.
Students are responsible for checking the lesson date, time, time zone, duration, and selected service before confirming a booking.
6. Trial Lessons and Class Packages
A trial lesson is designed to assess the student’s level, goals, and learning needs and to introduce the Spanish Access teaching approach.
Unless otherwise displayed before purchase, a trial lesson may only be booked once per student.
Class packages include the number of lessons displayed at checkout.
Unless another period is expressly stated:
- Packages are activated on the purchase date.
- Packages are valid for 30 calendar days.
- Included lessons must be booked separately.
- Package sessions remain subject to calendar availability.
- Unused sessions normally expire at the end of the validity period.
Extensions or exceptions may be approved in accordance with the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices and currencies are displayed before the student completes payment.
Payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment provider displayed at checkout.
Spanish Access may change prices for future purchases. Changes will not normally affect services that have already been paid for.
The student’s bank, PayPal, card issuer, or another provider may apply currency conversion rates or external fees that are outside the control of Spanish Access.
Spanish Access does not directly store complete payment card or bank account details processed by PayPal.
A purchase may be cancelled or suspended if the payment is rejected, reversed, charged back, reported as unauthorized, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
The rules governing:
- cancellations;
- rescheduling;
- late arrivals;

are established in the separate Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Students should review that policy before completing a purchase.
9. Consumer Rights
Students may have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of their country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts involving services, subject to applicable exceptions and conditions.
Where applicable, students may be asked to expressly request that lessons begin before the end of a statutory withdrawal period.
If services begin at the student’s request during that period, applicable law may allow Spanish Access to charge for the portion already provided.

- A suitable Internet connection.
- A compatible device and browser.
- A working microphone.
- A camera when required.
- Access to their booking email.

Spanish Access may use third-party services including Amelia, Google Meet, Google Calendar, PayPal, email providers, hosting services, WhatsApp, YouTube, Preply, and other platforms.
Spanish Access does not control the continuous availability, security, terms, or technical performance of third-party services.
If a technical problem prevents a lesson from being delivered, the applicable solution will be determined under the Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Any refund in such circumstances will depend on the services already provided, the reason for termination, and applicable law.
13. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
Learning materials provided by Spanish Access are normally for the student’s personal and non-commercial educational use.
Unless expressly authorized, students may not:
- Sell or redistribute them.
- Publish them publicly.
- Upload them to another course or platform.
- Reproduce them commercially.
- Present them as their own work.
The website, branding, original exercises, documents, videos, teaching resources, and other original content may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Purchasing a lesson or package does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
14. Recording and Privacy During Lessons
Lessons will not normally be recorded by Spanish Access unless there is a legitimate reason and the student has been informed and any required consent has been obtained.
Students may not record, photograph, livestream, publish, or share a lesson without prior permission from Yurayma Flores Saavedra and any other participant.
Personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

19. Payment Disputes
Students are encouraged to contact admin@getspanishaccess.com before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback whenever reasonably possible so that the matter can first be reviewed directly.
This does not prevent a student from exercising legitimate rights through PayPal, their bank, card issuer, or applicable law.
Spanish Access may retain appropriate booking, payment, email, calendar, and attendance records in order to respond to legitimate payment disputes.
For intangible services, PayPal may consider evidence showing that the service was delivered, used, or completed.

Please include enough information to identify the relevant booking or payment and explain the requested solution.
Both parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve concerns reasonably and in good faith.

22. Changes to These Terms
Spanish Access may update these Terms when services, prices, booking processes, payment methods, technology, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will normally apply to future use and purchases and will not retroactively change the essential conditions of an already completed purchase unless required by law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the:
